What will be the dispatch time?

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment has been received.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been placed. This will be sent to the email address for which the order was placed. Please allow upto 24 hours for this sent.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If the product has a problem or is damaged, you can send it back, after contacting us. We will refund you the full amount once we receive the return parcel. Or a replacement can sent out if requested.

It's easy to set up, Insert the umbrella head into the handle until secured.

Press the button on the handle to open the umbrella. Remove the sleeve and detach the strap before attempting to open.

To close, press and hold the release trigger at the top of the umbrella and pull down until it it clicks into position.

Products are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, once payment has been received.

Shipping usually takes 4-10 business days for products to arrive. However due to high demand please allow up to 20 business days for your order to arrive. Depending on the location and customs processing time delivery may vary.

We allow upto 30 days for items to be returned after delivery.

To be eligible for return, your time must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
